    True.  Credit cards with zero balance do not need to be given up upon filing bankruptcy.
     
  3. A will has to be properly notarized in New York state, otherwise, it will be invalid?

    False. 
    A will does not need to be notarized to be valid.  However, it needs to be witnessed by two individuals who do not receive benefits under the will.
     
  4. If a person who has a will dies, the will always needs to be probated?

    False.  The will need not be probated if an estate is set up that no property passes through the will.
     
  5. In New York State, an individual can obtain a divorce by bringing legal action to either the Supreme Court or Family Court?

    False.  Only the Supreme Court has the jurisdiction to grant a divorce in the State of New York.
