The polygraph test is sometimes required by
certain jobs. The machine and examiner present the employee with a
set of questions and try to determine the accuracy and reliability of the
answers. The same exam is used by the police where the equipment is
called a lie detector. There are no tips in this form on how to beat
and pass the test. Passing the test is dependant on the person's honesty.
This form gives legal consent to undergo the polygraph test.
